White Chalk Criminals have job security

Duh, let's see, they can't fire this guy, but they could fire me, a tenured teacher, for refusing to undergo psychological testing, not returning all copies of an audio tape that proved my EducRAT$ were setting me up to fail, and being "disruptive" for having blown the whistle on these White Chalk Criminals. Folks, that's how White Chalk Crime works - those who participate remain standing and those who try to out it are trashed, while the children suffer! Wake up you sleeping parents and learn who the bad guys are. Read White Chalk Crime: The REAL Reason Schools Fail, available at WhiteChalkCrime.com, EndTeacherAbuse.org or Amazon.com.

Principal who pushed student, threatened teacher gets admin job

Thursday, March 6th 2008, 4:00 AM

School officials can't fire middle school Principal Anthony Aldorasi for pushing a kid or threatening a teacher - and they can't fire him for newly revealed ethics violations, either.

Instead, officials say they'll give him an administrative job and continue to pay him $136,745 a year, though he won't be working with kids - for now.

In the latest revelation, Aldorasi admitted recommending his sister for a job with a tutoring firm that did business with his Intermediate School 141, in addition to improperly hiring a business associate to work in his school without competitive bidding.

Schools spokeswoman Margie Feinberg said in a statement Aldorasi "is being assigned as a principal to the Queens Integrated Service Center. He will perform administrative duties, which will be determined."

"We are discussing with Mr. Aldorasi...his future placement as a principal."

Just days after Aldorasi was suspended and fined $6,000 for what teachers and parents say was harassment of students and staff, the city's conflict of interest board Wednesday revealed he was also caught breaking ethics rules and fined him another $4,500.

Officials tried to fire Aldorasi after yanking him from the Astoria, Queens, school last year, but a state arbitrator, who found him guilty of corporal punishment and intimidating a teacher, ordered he be reassigned within the district.

In a Feb. 8 letter, Aldorasi admitted improperly recommending his sister for the job and using school funds to hire a personal business associate to do work at the school without soliciting competing bids.

"Although I was unaware at the time, I now acknowledge that by recommending my sister for a position with a [Department of Education] vendor, I violated [the law]," he wrote. He also wrote that he believed his business associate, who rents space in a building Aldorasi owns, had submitted the lowest bid, but knew his conduct "conflicted with the proper discharge of my official duties."
